Description

Aluminum foil substrate
Material: Pure aluminum foil or aluminum-plastic composite foil, with a thickness usually between 0.006-0.2mm, and different thicknesses can be  according to needs.
Characteristics: It has high barrier properties (oxygen barrier, water barrier, gas barrier), thermal conductivity, light shielding, corrosion resistance, and strong metallic texture, which can effectively isolate the influence of the external environment on the protected object.
High barrier protection: The oxygen, water, and light blocking properties of aluminum foil itself, combined with the sealing effect of adhesive, can effectively prevent the adhered material from getting damp, oxidized, and deteriorated, especially suitable for products that require long-term storage.
Adhesive Convenience: After lamination, it can be directly bonded to various substrates such as metal, plastic, paper, wood, etc. without the need for additional coating, simplifying the construction process and improving efficiency.
Environmental adaptability: Depending on the type of adhesive, it can meet the requirements of high and low temperature resistance, UV resistance, acid and alkali corrosion resistance, and is suitable for various complex indoor and outdoor environments.
Functional in nature: retaining the thermal conductivity or insulation properties of aluminum foil, it can be used for insulation materials (such as floor heating reflective films) and electromagnetic shielding materials (such as anti-interference layers for electronic devices).
